This Privacy Policy explains how Insurance for your Assurance ("Insurance for your Assurance," "we," "our," "us"), Tierra Bianchi, collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information when you interact with our health insurance consultation services, websites, social media advertisements, and lead generation forms (the "Services"). We primarily serve individuals and families across the United States seeking private health insurance coverage.

Not HIPAA-intended: Insurance for your Assurance is not a HIPAA covered entity. Our platform is not intended to store Protected Health Information (PHI). Do not submit PHI through our forms or Services. If your program requires PHI processing, a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) signed by both parties is required before any PHI is shared.

Information we collect.

When you submit a lead form through our website, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertisements, or other marketing channels, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Identification & Contact: name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
  • Insurance Inquiry Details: current insurance status, employment type (e.g., self-employed, 1099 contractor, business owner, employed), state of residence, coverage needs, and household information you voluntarily provide.
  • Lead & Campaign Data: the source of your inquiry (e.g., which advertisement or form you submitted), timestamps, and engagement data.
  • Telecom & Messaging: phone numbers provided or verified (including via SMS one-time passcode verification), opt-in and opt-out status for calls and text messages, and STOP/HELP logs.
  • Usage & Device: IP address, device and browser information, cookies, pages viewed, timestamps, and session diagnostics.
  • Third-Party Sources (where permitted): data from CRM and automation systems (e.g., GoHighLevel), analytics platforms, and Meta advertising tools.

Some information may be pre-filled by Meta from your social media profile when you submit a lead form. You have the opportunity to review and edit this information before submitting.

How we use your information.

We process your information to:

  • Contact you by phone, email, or text message to schedule and conduct your free health insurance consultation.
  • Connect you with a licensed health insurance advisor in your state.
  • Provide personalized insurance plan options, quotes, and coverage comparisons.
  • Manage lead routing, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications.
  • Operate compliant calling and texting tools, including TCPA guardrails and opt-out handling.
  • Improve our Services, advertisements, and user experience through analytics.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • (With appropriate consent) send marketing communications โ€” you may unsubscribe at any time.

Legal bases (GDPR if applicable): performance of a contract, legitimate interests (service delivery, security, analytics), legal compliance, and consent (where required).

We use cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), and local storage for analytics, advertising optimization, session continuity, and fraud prevention. You can control cookies via your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. "Do Not Track" signals are not acted on at this time.

Information sharing.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Licensed Insurance Advisors: We share your contact and inquiry information with licensed health insurance advisors in your state to conduct your consultation and present plan options.
  • Service Providers & Processors: hosting, CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel), telecom, analytics, and support tools under confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
  • Telecom & Messaging Partners: to deliver calls, text messages, and verify phone numbers.
  • Compliance & Legal: if required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business Transfers: in mergers, acquisitions, financing, or sale of assets (subject to successor obligations).
  • Your Direction: integrations you connect or recipients you designate.

Where a U.S. state law (e.g., California CPRA) defines "share" for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not engage in such "sharing." If that changes, we will provide required opt-out mechanisms.

Data retention.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, tax, accounting, audit, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, and compliance requirements. We may retain aggregated or de-identified data indefinitely.
